Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of nursing practice or progressive leadership experience.
• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers; ACLS and PALS as required by unit guidelines.
• Preferred: ACEN/CCNE accredited Master’s or Doctoral nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate operational, fiscal, and personnel activities within defined inpatient units.
• Ensure provision of quality patient care 24 hours a day.
• Promote resource allocation and shared decision making at unit level.
