Qualifications

• One year RN or LPN Mayo Clinic experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability; management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate operational, fiscal, and personnel activities to ensure 24/7 quality patient care
• Lead implementation of Mayo Clinic nursing vision, mission and values within defined areas of practice
• Direct reports may include nurse supervisors and collaborate with nursing and other health care disciplines
