Mayo Clinic is seeking a Nurse Manager for a 24/7 practice to lead nursing operations, budget, and staff across inpatient units, ensuring high-quality patient care. The role drives strategic planning, resource allocation, and development of nursing staff in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards.

The position requires an RN license, advanced nursing education, and prior leadership experience; licensure, ACLS/PALS compliance, and state requirements are maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate, master’s, or doctorate nursing program, master’s or doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of three years of nursing practice or progressive leadership experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the 24/7 nursing practice, plans and coordinates operations, finances, and personnel in defined areas to ensure quality patient care.
• Promotes shared decision making and resource allocation to support safe, compassionate nursing care.
• Leads collaboration across nursing and other health care disciplines and supports staff development and growth.
