Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for defined inpatient areas.
• Promote high-quality, safe, compassionate nursing care 24 hours a day.
• Lead resource allocation and budget management; foster staff development and collaboration.
