Mayo Clinic seeks a Nurse Manager for 24/7 practice to implement the organization’s vision, mission, and values in assigned inpatient units. You will plan, direct, and evaluate operations, budgets, and staffing, ensuring safe, compassionate care around the clock.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate, master’s, or doctorate nursing program; master’s/doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of three years of nursing practice or progressive leadership experience.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• ACEN/CCNE accredited master’s in nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred.
• Maintains BLS; ACLS and PALS as required by unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate operational, fiscal, and personnel activities within defined areas to ensure quality patient care 24 hours a day.
• Contribute to strategic planning and attainment of organizational goals.
• Promote shared decision making and resource allocation on the unit level.
• Serve as a resource and facilitate collaboration among nursing and other health care disciplines.
