• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget planning for 15–18 RNs.
• Ensure compliance with medication handling policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain evidence-based patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff; drive quality improvement initiatives.
