Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with medication handling and policies and regulations.
• Develop and educate clients on addiction concepts and health topics.
• Promote medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Oversee medical documentation and EHR use.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and training as needed.
• Recruitment, scheduling, training, and staff quality.
• Monitor patient care quality, outcomes, and safety.
• Collaborate on patient care plans with providers.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and medication management.
• Participate in nursing department budgeting and cost control.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
• Liaise with administration and other disciplines for care.
• Coordinate with patients and families regarding treatment plans.
