Gaudenzia in Baltimore seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Manager with SUD/Psychiatric expertise to lead nursing staff, ensure clinical excellence, and manage operations.

The role requires a Maryland RN license, 3+ years in nursing leadership, and a track record of building a stable, compliant, patient-centered unit. Weekend coverage and staffing during shortages are expected.

Salary ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 annually, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Degree from an accredited college or university's professional nursing program.
• Current RN (Maryland) license in good standing.
• SUD/Psychiatric Experience required, with 1 year of related work.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with medication handling and administration policies and applicable regulations.
• Develops, maintains, and ensures quality counseling and education for clients on Addiction concepts, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, medications, infectious diseases, and mental health.
• Promote and assist in medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Oversee medical documentation/EHR usage and data quality.
• Provide effective leadership to nursing staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and maintaining quality staffing.
• Monitor patient care activities to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Oversee procurement/maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Lead budget planning and financial management activities for the nursing department.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs related to patient outcomes and staff productivity.
