You will work with the Nurse Manager and clinical staff to coordinate staffing, supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards, while supporting a culture of dignity and effective care. This role requires strong leadership and patient-centered communication.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• RN license in good standing for the applicable state.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement.
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare information systems.
• CPR certification and related qualifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate nursing activities and staffing needs across shifts.
• Ensure documentation compliance within regulatory timelines.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and records in compliance with policy.
• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Collaborate with health care providers to implement care plans.
• Lead recruitment, training, and orientation of nursing staff.
• Monitor patient care outcomes and infection control metrics.
• Drive quality improvements and regulatory readiness.
