Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to Gaudenzia's treatment model, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develops, maintains, and ensures quality of counseling and education of clients on addiction concepts and related health topics.
- Oversees medical documentation/EHR usage and nursing staff performance.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs related to patient care outcomes and staff productivity.
- Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare providers and manage staffing schedules.
