Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a nursing unit in Minnesota. You will oversee care delivery, guide the nursing process, and ensure quality outcomes for residents.

The role requires current MN RN registration, CPR certification, and prior experience in healthcare or SNF/assisted living settings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Minnesota RN registration.
• CPR/healthcare provider emergency care certification desired.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care Planning: develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team and update as conditions change.
• Clinical Nursing Practice: supervise care, administer medications, perform procedures per policy while safeguarding residents’ rights.
• Staff Supervision and Management: oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; delegate tasks; manage performance and emergencies.
• Documentation and Communication: maintain resident records; communicate needs and orders to staff and team.
• Medication and Pharmaceutical Compliance: ensure safe med administration and proper documentation while following policies.
• Facility Compliance and Professional Development: support QA, continuing education, licensure, infection control and safety.
