Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit and oversee the care delivery process within our Minnesota facilities. The role focuses on directing the nursing process, data-driven planning, and delivering high-quality outcomes for residents.

The Nurse Manager will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure policy adherence, coordinate individualized care plans, document thoroughly, and mentor staff in a supportive, mission-driven environment with competitive pay

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive Care Planning: collects and analyzes resident data, assesses needs, and develops individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team; monitors and revises plans as conditions change.
• Clinical Nursing Practice: provides and supervises nursing care per regulations and facility policies, including medication administration and procedures; upholds residents' rights.
• Staff Supervision and Management: supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; delegates tasks, evaluates performance, ensures safe staffing, and guides during emergencies.
• Documentation and Communication: maintains accurate records and communicates care needs and orders to staff and team.
• Medication and Pharmaceutical Compliance: administers and monitors medications, maintains documentation, and follows safety procedures.
• Facility Compliance and Professional Development: promotes a positive culture, participates in QA and audits, and maintains licensure and knowledge of health regulations.
