Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit, oversee assessments, care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, document care, manage medications, and participate in audits, QAPI initiatives, and training to maintain a positive workplace and excellent patient outcomes.

Formación

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota and CPR certified.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for a designated nursing unit.
• Direct nursing process, manage resources, ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee assessments, develop and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure accurate documentation, clear communication of physician orders, and proper medication administration.
