Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) in Minnesota to lead a designated nursing unit, directing the nursing process and ensuring high-quality resident care. You will oversee assessments, care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to align practices with regulations and standards.

The role supervises staff, manages staffing, documentation and medication administration while supporting audits, QAPI, and ongoing staff training in a compliant work culture.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required and CPR certification.
• Clear verbal and written communication; perform all core functions.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing or assisted living settings preferred.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a nursing unit and manage resources.
• Direct the nursing process, ensure high-quality resident care and care planning.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and address performance concerns.
• Ensure accurate documentation, physician orders, and medication administration.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, and staff training to maintain compliance.
