Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to provide leadership for a designated nursing unit in Minnesota. The role focuses on directing nursing care, implementing assessments and care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will supervise staff, ensure accurate documentation, and manage staffing and medication administration. We value a collaborative interdisciplinary approach, ongoing training, and a positive work culture focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota and certified in CPR and emergency care for healthcare providers.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment and accept feedback constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a designated nursing unit, directing the nursing process and resources.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure clinical practices align with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing, documentation, and medication administration.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, and ongoing training.
