Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a designated nursing unit, oversee the nursing process, and ensure high-quality resident care through assessments, care planning, and evaluation.

You will supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, maintain adequate staffing, ensure accurate documentation, communicate physician orders, and manage medications with compliance to Medicare and health standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Minnesota with CPR and emergency care certification.
• Clear verbal and written communication; perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated nursing unit and oversee assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure accurate documentation, communicate physician orders, and manage medications and controlled substances.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, ongoing training, and foster a positive, compliant work culture focused on resident well-being.
