Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a designated nursing unit in Minnesota. You will direct the nursing process, assess residents, and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise staff, maintain appropriate staffing, ensure accurate documentation and medication administration, and support audits and QAPI initiatives while upholding regulatory standards. Minnesota RN licensure and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota and certified in CPR and emergency care for healthcare providers.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment and accept feedback constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a designated nursing unit, directing the nursing process and ensuring resident care quality.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain appropriate staffing.
• Oversee documentation, communicate physician orders, and manage medication administration and controlled substances.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, ongoing staff training, and foster a positive, compliant work culture.
