Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an experienced Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit with excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include comprehensive care planning, clinical nursing practice, staff supervision, thorough documentation, medication safety, and ongoing professional development within Minnesota's healthcare framework.

Qualifications

• Must have current MN RN licensure.
• CPR certification in healthcare or pursuit of certification.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care Planning: Collects and analyzes resident data; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.
• Clinical Nursing Practice: Delivers and supervises nursing care per policy and regulations; ensures residents' rights and safety.
• Staff Supervision and Management: Supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; delegates tasks and ensures adequate staffing.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintains accurate records and communicates needs to staff and physicians.
• Medication and Pharmaceutical Compliance: Administers medications and adheres to safety procedures.
• Facility Compliance and Professional Development: Supports QA, audits, licensure, infection control, and ongoing education.
