Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) to join the Family Birthing Center in New Britain, CT. The role oversees patient care, clinical staff and daily unit operations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, patient- and family-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, CT RN license, BLS, at least 2 years in acute care, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN required; CT RN license
• 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Knowledge of nursing principles and healthcare administration
• Demonstrates leadership and strives for quality improvement

Responsibilities
