Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including patient triage, immunizations, medication administration, and patient education.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient flow, staffing assignments, and clinical workflows.
• Support providers during clinic sessions and assist with urgent patient needs.
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and support to nursing and clinical support staff.
• Assist with staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure appropriate clinical protocols, documentation, and regulatory standards are followed.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and daily scheduling adjustments.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient care.
• Monitor clinical supplies and coordinate inventory and ordering.
