Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership in perioperative or ambulatory surgery.
• Licensure to practice nursing in Massachusetts and current RN license.
• Experience with nurse practice models and quality/safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical workflow across Ambulatory Surgery, PACU and Endoscopy.
• Directs staff development, performance evaluations and policy communication.
• Coordinates care delivery with department leadership and stakeholders.
