The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Sub-Acute Unit on a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. The role focuses on CHF management and mentoring RN/LPN staff within a supportive, family-like environment.

Required MA nursing license and strong leadership, with experience in EMR and PCC preferred. Join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care and participating in discharge planning.

Qualificações

• Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN/LPN) required or strongly preferred RN.
• Experience with electronic medical records and PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid leadership abilities and staff mentoring experience.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards on Sub-Acute Unit.
• Mentor RN/LPN staff nurses and provide guidance to CNAs.
• Monitor training for new hires and orientates.
• Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints.
• Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives.

Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager:

• Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN/LPN)

• Registered Nurse strongly preferred

• Experience with electronic medical record

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
