Qualifications

• RN licensed in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership for nurses and medical assistants at the Peabody site.
• Coordinate scheduling, vacation coverage, and daily staffing to ensure clinical coverage.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop policies to guide daily operations.
• Oversee training, orientation, competency assessments, and staff performance coaching.
• Monitor infection control and safety culture; review documentation for care quality.
• Manage personnel budget and assist with open position postings and hiring.
