Job summary

Fallsway is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Adult Medical Clinic at 421 Fallsway in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee Medical Assistants, manage schedules, conduct performance audits, and ensure compliant onboarding and ongoing training for the MA team.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will also provide direct patient care during clinical sessions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to maintain high-quality patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Maryland.
• BSN required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MAs in the Fallsway Adult Medical Clinic, sets expectations and schedules, and audits MA tasks.
• Provides on-the-ground operational and clinical support, including direct MA duties during staffing shortages.
• Delivers direct patient care through regular clinic sessions and coordinates with the care team.
