Job summary

Fallsway Clinic invites applications for a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services across the Fallsway sites and set high standards for nursing and medical assistant care. You will lead clinical staff, train teams, and partner with leadership to improve access, quality and care coordination within an integrated, person-centered health home.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN licensure, BSN required, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading nursing teams in community health or primary care.
• Proven ability to develop care standards and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Fallsway Nurse Manager, Lead CMA, HIV/HCV Care Advocate, and housing nurses.
• Train and coach staff, set expectations, monitor outcomes, and foster open communication.
• Standardize nursing care across sites and ensure education on care management and equity.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve access, efficiency and care coordination.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis with KPI focus.
• Provide ~20% direct patient care and ensure infection control and QA standards.
