You will collaborate with directors, maintain records, and drive patient safety initiatives in a renowned healthcare system known for research and education.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ required.
• BSN required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science in any field.

Responsabilités

• Creates a customer-friendly environment and supports the center’s mission.
• Assumes 24-hour accountability for unit functioning.
• Review unit performance and implement improvements.
• Perform daily patient rounds and communicate with Team Leaders.
• Delegate, train and supervise patient care team.
• Support communication through team structure.
• Facilitate leadership roles of staff.
• Evaluate team performance for quality of service.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Coordinators.
• Oversee quality improvement programs and policy adherence.
• Develop unit budget for staffing and capital expenses.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Promote staff development and partnerships with other departments.
