Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Practice Leader to join our Advanced Medicine leadership team. This role partners across disciplines to advance clinical practice, mentor nursing teams, and shape how exceptional care is delivered.
You will lead nursing practice change initiatives, align unit goals with organizational imperatives, and champion evidence-based care to achieve the best patient outcomes across multi-unit/service lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science required.
- Master of Arts or Science in Nursing or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing practice and mentor nursing teams to advance professional nursing practice.
- Partner with Nurse Managers to set strategic goals and design, implement, and evaluate practice changes.
- Drive evidence-based nursing practices and improve patient outcomes across units and service lines.
