Qualifications

• Master of Arts or Science (Required)
• Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
• Education Specialization: A Master's Degree or currently matriculated in a master's level program preferably Nursing or Allied Health Care
• Equivalent Experience: 5+ years progressive nursing or allied health care experience with leadership/management skills

Responsibilities

• Assume 24 hour accountability for operation of the designated patient care unit(s) and provide leadership to improve patient care.
• Support staff in development of performance and professional growth and promote an interprofessional care model.
• Facilitate care coordination to enhance patient flow and efficiency, and identify gaps to meet goals.
• Share evidence-based clinical interventions to improve patient outcomes and drive cost savings.
• Ensure rapid and effective implementation of best practices and participate in community outreach related to PMAH.
