Qualifications

• Current California RN License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (maintain current at all times).
• Current American Heart Association ACLS (maintain current at all times).
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present self in positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations in the Ortho Spine Department.
• Manage unit-level human resources and payroll processes.
• Investigate and resolve complaints from patients, staff, and physicians.
• Lead staff development, hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and regulatory standards.
