Qualifications

• Current California RN License.
• Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations in the Med/Surg/Neuro Trauma department.
• Manage human resources at the unit level, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Investigate and resolve patient, visitor, staff, and physician complaints.
• Counsel, discipline, and develop staff with director input.
• Coordinate with Nursing leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
