Mercy is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room to provide 24-hour leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence in a large perioperative environment. The role entails directing staffing, workflows, and performance improvement across 27 ORs within a Level I trauma center setting.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, BSN, and progressive perioperative leadership experience, with preferred qualifications including a Master's degree and CNOR

• Lead daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support patient care needs.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow, remove barriers, and enhance care delivery.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement evidence-based practices to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a highly engaged perioperative team.
• Support professional development, competency management, and performance excellence.
