Mercy is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room to provide 24-hour leadership of a high-volume surgical services team. You will ensure safe, high-quality patient care while driving operational excellence, staff engagement, and strong clinical outcomes in a Level I Trauma Center environment with 27 operating rooms.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN, and progressive perioperative leadership experience; Master's degree and CNOR certification are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support patient care needs.
• Foster safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow and care delivery.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement evidence-based practices to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a perioperative team.
• Support professional development and performance excellence.
• Align departmental goals with Nursing Strategic Plans.
