Mercy Hospital seeks a Certified Nurse Manager to lead a defined nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff performance. You will supervise staff, coordinate resources, and uphold safety and infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a clinical specialty with management experience, current licensure, and CPR certification. BSN or ongoing BSN preferred, with strong teamwork and budget oversight skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program with active licensure in the applicable state.
• Four years of clinical experience in a specialty area with leadership exposure.
• Current CPR certification and ability to supervise and teach staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise unit staff.
• Coordinate staffing, safety, and infection control on the unit.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in committee work and adherence to Mercy policies.
