CCI Health Services is seeking a Nurse Manager in Silver Spring, MD to lead nursing and support staff within the health center leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, care coordination, and patient-centered service delivery while partnering with the Director of Nursing on quality and safety initiatives.

The role requires an active Maryland RN license, 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership, BLS/CPR, and EMR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred).

Formación

• Active RN license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing or in another state under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with progressive leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience with documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) – eClinicalWorks a plus.
• Fluency in English, bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and leads nursing and medical assistant teams, including staffing, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Manages daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality care.
• Fosters communication and collaboration among care team members.
• Oversees in-house laboratory operations, sterilization, and quality control.
• Leads clinical huddles, care transitions, and pre-visit planning.
• Partners with clinicians to develop care plans and coordinates patient care across Lifespan.
• Ensures adherence to clinical guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
