CommUnityCare Health Centers seeks a Nurse Manager-Operations to supervise nursing staff, coordinate unit flow, and ensure quality patient care across clinics. The role involves coaching staff, acting as site lead in the absence of leadership, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.

The candidate must hold an unrestricted RN license in Texas and have relevant experience in clinical nursing leadership within a community health setting.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year experience in the nursing field.
• Experience managing difficult patient/customer situations.
• Direct patient services and proper use of medical devices and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned staff, including work assignments and priorities related to nursing services.
• Perform Nurse Manager-Operation duties in absence of NMO and participate in process improvement.
• Coach and mentor staff and support Charge Nurses in administrative growth.
• Oversee unit flow, staffing, and patient scheduling within the unit.
• Assess patients' physical, social, and emotional needs in clinics and counsel families.
• Ensure documentation, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
