CCI Health Services in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing and medical assistant teams, oversee daily clinical operations, and drive high-quality patient care. You will coordinate care plans, support transitions, and ensure efficient workflows across the health center.

The role requires an RN license in Maryland, 3+ years of progressive leadership, and a strong focus on patient-centered care, quality improvement, and team collaboration.

Formación

• Active RN license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing or another state with compact
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience with progressive leadership and supervision
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience with documenting in an EMR; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus
• Written and oral fluency in English; bilingual preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and leads the nursing and medical assistant teams at the site, including staffing, onboarding, training, evaluations, and corrective action
• Manages daily clinical operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality care
• Fosters communication and collaboration among care team members
• Oversees in-house laboratory operations and quality control of tests
• Leads clinical huddles, transitions of care, and pre-visit planning
• Develops care plans and coordinates care for patients across the lifespan
• Ensures HIPAA compliant, culturally sensitive patient interactions and education
