Formación

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine nursing care and care coordination to optimize patient outcomes.

• Counsel patients on medications, provide education and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate transitions of care and referrals with care teams.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR with HIPAA-compliant documentation.
