Qualifications
- Active RN license in MD or Nursing Compact state.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of three years of progressive nursing leadership and supervisory experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); eClinicalWorks a plus.
- Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and leads nursing and medical assistant teams at the site, including staffing, onboarding, training, evaluations, and corrective action.
- Manages daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality care.
- Fosters communication and collaboration among care team members.
- Oversees in-house lab operations and quality control of equipment and tests.
- Leads clinical huddles, care transitions, and pre-visit planning.
- Develops patient-centered care plans and coordinates care for high-risk patients.
