Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical operations through staff education, workflow development, competency assessment, quality improvement, and daily operational oversight.
• Coach and develop clinical staff while monitoring patient flow, room utilization, provider support, and policy compliance.
• Spend the majority of the workday on the clinical floor observing staff, mentoring employees, solving operational problems, and supporting providers to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care.
• Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
