Green Key Resources LLC seeks a Nurse Director to lead Emergency and Critical Care Services. You will supervise nursing teams, collaborate with physicians, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will oversee triage, treatment, and outcomes for diverse patient populations, maintaining staffing and training standards while guiding performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and RN license active.
• CEN certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, and administration.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and compassionate environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee emergency and critical care nursing services and ensure adherence to standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across departments.
• Develop departmental plans including performance improvement and compliance measures.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for emergency and critical care operations.
• Provide leadership during codes and emergency events with proper documentation.
