Green Key Resources LLC in Brooklyn seeks a Nurse Manager/Educator to lead ambulatory clinical operations. The role focuses on staff education, workflow development, and quality improvement while coaching clinical staff on the floor to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient flow, room utilization, and provider support, with daily oversight and reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR.

Large and growing FQHC located in Brooklyn is seeking a Nurse Manager/Educator for their growing practice

• Responsible for improving the quality, efficiency, consistency, and professionalism of all clinical operations through staff education, workflow development, competency assessment, quality improvement, and daily operational oversight.
• This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coaching and developing clinical staff while actively monitoring patient flow, room utilization, provider support, and compliance with organizational policies.
• The successful candidate will spend the majority of the workday on the clinical floor observing staff, identifying workflow inefficiencies, mentoring employees, solving operational problems, and supporting providers to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care.
• The position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
