Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiothoracic Surgery department at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The ANM will lead nursing staff, oversee operations in the OR/ambulatory setting, and ensure high-quality patient care during nights and early mornings.

The role requires BSN, RN license, BLS, and at least two years of RN experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Expect collaboration with care coordinators and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS Certification from AHA or Red Cross.
