Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Progressive Coronary Care Unit. You will support the Nurse Manager, supervise RNs and nursing staff, and lead patient-care initiatives to ensure high-quality cardiac care.

This full-time night-shift leadership role requires a BSN and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs and nursing staff.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Develop and implement nursing programs and policies.
• Serve as liaison between the manager and caregivers.
