Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Progressive Coronary Care Unit (PK II). You will support the Nurse Manager, supervise RNs, plan and evaluate nursing care, and help develop unit policies to ensure high-quality care.

This is a night-shift role with comprehensive Cleveland Clinic benefits. Ideal candidates will hold a BSN, RN license, BLS, and have two years of clinical nursing experience, plus supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross required.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise admissions, assess patient needs and initiate nursing care plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Develop and evaluate unit policies and nursing programs.
• Coordinate with the Nurse Manager to supervise RNs and nursing staff.
• Assist in orienting new caregivers and participate in ongoing education.
