Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to join the CBHC Child Team, providing leadership and clinical oversight for medical and psychiatric services.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure integrated, high-quality care for youth, families, and adults. The role requires strong clinical leadership, collaboration with clinicians, and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and MA RN license required.
• Experience working with children with severe mental illness.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment practices.
• Ability to oversee delivery of medical services and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff delivering medical care, monitoring, coordination and support.
• Oversee medical screening including BMI, weight, and metabolic indicators.
• Coordinate medical care, lab work, medications, and provider communication.
• Lead nursing/medical staff hiring and provide regular performance evaluations.
• Discuss medical conditions with individuals and staff, including diagnoses and treatment options.
