Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing and MA RN license required.
- Experience with children with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff delivering medical care and outreach.
- Manage medical screening, weight, BMI, and metabolic baselines.
- Coordinate medical care, labs, medications, and communication with providers.
- Lead hiring and provide performance evaluations for nursing staff.
- Provide guidance on medical diagnoses, causes, symptoms, and treatment options.
