Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Lynn, MA is seeking a Clinical Assistant Team Manager to lead the CBHC Adult Team. The role focuses on supervising staff, developing interventions and treatment plans for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders, and ensuring person-centered care aligned with CBHC principles.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 USD and comprehensive benefits to support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT)
• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with adults with severe mental illness and supervisory experience
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in office and field settings.
• Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations.
• Ensure interventions are person-centered and aligned with individual needs and CBHC requirements.
• Manage documentation quality and ensure records are timely and clinically sound.
• Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building and recovery-oriented care.
