Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our CBHC and Homeless Services Division in Massachusetts. You will supervise staff delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed behavioral health services to adults in facility and community settings, coordinating admissions and assessing progress.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, crisis planning, and collaboration to address complex social needs while supporting staff growth and recovery‑oriented practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required.
• Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) preferred.
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength‑based interventions.
• Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals.
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side‑by‑side interventions focused on problem‑solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning process
