Qualifications

  • Must hold Maryland RN license.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in OB/GYN and/or Pediatrics required.
  • One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.

What You Will Do:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/Gyn), Pediatrics, and Women’s Center for Family Planning ambulatory services to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Manages nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizes workflows. Participates in strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and developing plans that align with the organization's strategic initiatives. Responsible for budgeting, staff development, and fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Operationalizes professional governance structures that enable frontline nurses to influence practice, quality, safety, and innovation through evidence-based practice and data-driven decision-making.

Who Should Apply:
  • Master of Nursing (MSN) (Required). Applicants with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Master’s of Nursing (MSN) program. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in clinical nursing (Required); nursing leadership experience strongly preferred. Nursing experience in OB/GYN and/or Pediatrics is required.
  • Previous clinical management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience navigating rapidly changing situations, from evolving patient needs to technological advancements, by remaining flexible, continuously learning, embracing new challenges, and quickly recovering from setbacks.
  • Current Maryland RN license required.
  • Current CPR certification is required.

Salary Range: Minimum $53.15/hour - Maximum $82.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
