Responsible for managing the daily operations of adult and pediatric Otolaryngology ambulatory practices. Oversight of ambulatory clinical operations, including RN telephone triage, InBasket management, medication administration/BCMA, and procedural workflows including scopes. Manages nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizes workflows. Participates in strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and developing plans that align with the organization's strategic initiatives. Responsible for budgeting, staff development, and fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
